Over 15+ years as an executive coach, she has worked across complex global organisations — from pharma to tech — including senior roles as Country Manager for Ireland & the UK and Head of HR Europe.

Since 2001, she has partnered with 50+ companies to unlock leadership potential and drive meaningful change.
